2012 Food Vendors

Clem’s Hot Diggity Dogs: This Jessie Street Eats trailer serves 100% beef hot dogs in a natural casing. The kicker is that they are served on a buttered and toasted New England Style lobster roll. They also offer a vegetarian option. Topping options (at no charge) include grilled onions, jalapenos, sauerkraut, and the traditional fixin’s. Clem’s also serves Fried Pickles & Fried Mushrooms, French Fries, and Hot Boiled Peanuts.

Bahn-Bahn: This fellow Jessie Street Eats trailer serves Vietnamese specialties including vermicelli bowls with lemongrass pork, chicken, shrimp, or tofu, and various steamed rice plates. Their traditional Bánh mì sandwiches are packed with pickled carrots and daikon, fresh cucumber slices and cilantro, coupled with your choice of lemongrassed proteins, BBQ pork, or Grandma’s Meatballs.

Blenders and Bowls: Austin’s first açaí café and mobile food truck. We specialize in fresh fruit blenders (smoothies) and organic bowls of açaí – a Brazilian super fruit that makes you feel super good. We top our açaí bowls with with hemp granola, a variety of fresh fruit and drizzle them with local Round Rock Honey. These bowls are packed with the cleanest energy fueled by the purest ingredients.
